Not ready or don't want to quit

Not everyone who smokes is ready to quit or even wants to quit. And that’s OK. No amount of pressure from doctors, family members, or friends can make you want to quit smoking. It needs to be your choice. If the time isn’t right for you to make a change, it’s a good idea to check in with yourself and know when the time is right for you. There are also things you can do to make smoking less harmful if you don’t want to quit.
