Your MyHealth Alberta account consolidates access to multiple applications making it easier to access reliable health information, services, and programs.

Signing in with your Alberta.ca Account provides personalized health recommendations and activities so you can better manage your health and wellbeing.

 

Access your MyHealth Alberta Account

To access your MyHealth Alberta Account for the first time, follow two main steps:

1. Create your Alberta.ca Account

[CREATE ACCOUNT]

2. Access your MyHealth Alberta Account using your Alberta.ca credentials

Step 1

My Personal Records

Access personal health information including immunizations, medications, lab results, and Mobile Health Card.

Step 2

MyChart

Access personal health information and information about upcoming appointments at a facility using Connect Care.

Dial 811, any day any time, for trusted health advice or information.

Find a Provider

Use the search tool provided by Primary Care Networks to find a provider accepting new patients near you.

Symptom Checker

Check your symptoms using the interactive symptom checker.

Parent/Guardian Access

Request access to your child's Electronic Health Record or Mobile Health Card.

Steps for iPhone or iPad

  1. Download Apple's Testflight app in the App Store.
  2. Join the MyHealth Alberta beta test.
  3. Install the MyHealth Alberta beta app from TestFlight.
  4. On your device, look for the "MyHealth AB" icon.

To opt out after you've signed up:

  1. To opt out, go to the App Store and reinstall MyHealth Records.
  2. Your Testflight access will expire. You can also stop testing by going to Testflight, tapping on the MyHealth Alberta icon, and selecting 'Stop testing.'

Steps for Android phone or tablet

  1. Go to MyHealth Records app in Google Play.
  2. Scroll down to "join the beta."
  3. Go back to MyHealth Records app in Google Play and "update" the Beta app – it may take up to 15 minutes for the "update" option to appear.
  4. On your device, look for the "MyHealth AB" icon.

To opt out after you've signed up:

  1. To opt out, go to MyHealth Records in Google Play and select 'Leave.'
  2. Uninstall the Beta and reinstall the MyHealth Records app in Google Play

Steps for desktop

  1. In your browser, go to uat.telus-abhealth.league.dev
