Setting up MyHealth Alberta Account

Access to some MyHealth Alberta Account services requires an Alberta.ca Account.

If you already have a verified Alberta.ca Account, start with Step 2.

Step 1. Create your Alberta.ca Account

Complete the verification process:

  • Make sure you verify your Alberta.ca Account within 90 days of creating it.
  • Verify your Alberta.ca Account – You will need your Alberta driver’s licence or identification card, and the activation code.
    • You can receive your activation code via SMS text message or mail.
  • Open your Alberta.ca Account and enter the 6-digit activation code received via SMS text message or mail.
  • Accept the Alberta.ca Account User Agreement.

Step 2. Sign in to MyHealth Alberta Account

  • Sign in with your verified Alberta.ca Account username and password.
  • Accept the MyHealth Alberta User Agreement.
  • Enter your Personal Health Number – found on your Mobile Health Card

When your MyHealth Alberta Account is set up, you can sign in any time.

For help with your MyHealth Alberta Account, call support at 1-844-401-4016 between 8:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (MT), Monday to Friday or ask the MyHealth Records Digital Assistant. ​
