Setting up MyHealth Alberta Account

Access to some MyHealth Alberta Account services requires an Alberta.ca Account.

If you already have a verified Alberta.ca Account, start with Step 2.

Step 1. Create your Alberta.ca Account

Complete the verification process:

Make sure you verify your Alberta.ca Account within 90 days of creating it.
Verify your Alberta.ca Account – You will need your Alberta driver’s licence or identification card, and the activation code.
- You can receive your activation code via SMS text message or mail.
Open your Alberta.ca Account and enter the 6-digit activation code received via SMS text message or mail.
Accept the Alberta.ca Account User Agreement.

Step 2. Sign in to MyHealth Alberta Account

Sign in with your verified Alberta.ca Account username and password.
Accept the MyHealth Alberta User Agreement.
Enter your Personal Health Number – found on your Mobile Health Card

When your MyHealth Alberta Account is set up, you can sign in any time.

For help with your MyHealth Alberta Account, call support at 1-844-401-4016 between 8:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (MT), Monday to Friday or ask the MyHealth Records Digital Assistant.
