There are six different types of health journals to help you keep track of your health information.
The Body Dimensions Journal allows you to track your height, weight and calculate your body mass index (BMI). Enter your height and weight on a specific date. Your height and weight will show on the graphs below the table. You can change the unit of measurement and target weight range in the Settings and Preferences tool in Tools and Settings. You can add an entry by clicking the “red button”.
Click on an entry to edit or delete it.
The Exercise Journal keeps track of your physical activity and how hard your body is working when you exercise. An explanation of intensity on the page helps you decide how hard your exercise was. You can add an entry by clicking on the “red button” to add an exercise session and any other important notes.
To edit or delete the information you have entered, click on the entry.
The Food Journal keeps track of what you eat and drink each day. You can add an entry by clicking on the “red button” to add the type of meal, serving size, calories, nutritional information and any other important notes.
To edit or delete the information you’ve entered, click on the entry. Next, click the blue "Edit" button to make your changes. Click "Save" to keep your updates.
Your Journal Notes let you keep track of your health and wellness. You can upload and attach files to go with your notes. You can add an entry by clicking on the “red button" .
To edit or delete the information you entered, click on the entry. To attach a file, click "Choose file" to upload a file to your Journal Notes.
The Mood Journal helps you track and understand when your moods changes and what may be the cause of the changes. You can add an entry by clicking the “red button” to track your mood through stress signals for each day of the week.
Select the three dots to open a quick menu where you can delete or edit an entry. Click on the “+ Add new” to add an entry.

The Sleep Journal tool lets you keep track of your sleep. You can record when you go to bed, when you wake up, and how well you sleep.
The tool also lets you add how much sleep you get each night and what helps you sleep better or keeps you from having a good night's rest.
To add information, click the “Add Sleep Journal Entry” button.
Enter your sleep information, and then click “Save”.
The sleep journal automatically calculates the duration of your sleep, based on the “Bed Time” and “Wake Time” you have entered. You can manually enter the duration of your sleep.
To view your sleep details more clearly, or edit sleep information, click on any entry.
Tracking your symptoms such as fever, nausea, cough, headache or sore throat is important in monitoring your health and well-being. This tool will help you record and monitor your symptoms over time. Use this tool to share information with your health care providers.
This data can come from a connected device such as Apple Health.

You can add an entry by clicking the “red button” to add the symptoms you are experiencing, start date, end date and any other important notes.
